Leading member of the Frankfurt School Theodor Adorno, who was a sociologist, philosopher, and musicologist, makes critique on popular music since its standardization. Standardization extends from the most general features to the most specific ones (Adorno,1941, Vol. IX, No. 1, pp. 17-18).
